Concepción is a residential and wellness complex in Los Cabos, integrated into a sloped site with views toward the natural landscape and the sea. The slope, existing vegetation, orientation, and views define the placement of each piece and the way the project is experienced.

The project is conceived as a sequence of pavilions dedicated to the body, mind, and spirit, incorporating spaces for exercise, rest, meditation, and gathering. By distributing the program across the site, each space establishes a specific relationship with the topography and the landscape.

The house is arranged along the slope through patios, platforms, and staggered volumes that organize everyday life between interior and exterior. It integrates social spaces, bedrooms, terraces, and a pool, seeking to open the views, provide shade, and maintain a direct relationship with the surroundings.

The complex proposes a way of living in which architecture, landscape, and wellness come together with clarity and permanence.
